Each mock follows this unit\u2019s official format, timer and 70% pass mark (the same papers as in the app). Aim for 3 mocks in a row at 85%+ before you sit the unit.

Practice by section

Test-day checklist

  • Format: 6 client case studies with 10 questions each, 60 questions in 2 hours. Pass 42/60. Sit ASSC instead if you will advise in Scotland.
  • Register with Walbrook Institute London (LIBF) for the module first. The first attempt at each unit exam is included in the registration fee.
  • Exams are on demand on Brightspace with remote invigilation: sit any time in your registration period, no booking needed.
  • Use a PC or laptop with a webcam and microphone. Tablets and phones can't be used.
  • Before you start, you scan the room 360 degrees with your camera. Clear your desk and keep the room quiet.
  • No toilet breaks are allowed during the exam, so plan for the full time.
  • On a work laptop or VPN, ask IT to allow *.learnosity.com and *.atomicjoltappsie.com before exam day.
  • Pass mark 70%. Merit from 80% and distinction from 90% are shown on the unit result.
  • If you fail, resit for £120. Limits: 3 attempts a week and 10 in any 12 months per unit.
